Child Support Investigations

You can apply to the Child Support Agency for change of assessment if you do not agree with your assessment of child support. To apply for a change of assessment, you must be able to establish at least one of many reasons.

One of the areas in which we can assist you, is if you suspect that your child support is unjust and inequitable because of the income, earning capacity, property or financial resources of one of the parents.

To put it simply, if you suspect that your children's other parent is either working extra hours, has an extra job, owns further property/assets, or is working for cash and has failed to lodge these details with the CSA, then we can conduct surveillance and gather evidence for you. This information will help to assist you in your application for a change of assessment through the CSA.

We do not work for the CSA. We are a private company who are interested in helping parents to establish evidence of unfair child support.

Please contact us for any further information.
